Free standard USPS shipping is offered on all orders to the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays.

All orders are issued a USPS tracking number. Tangerine Queen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on purchases made without insurance and/or signature confirmation.

International shipping is available. Shipping rates are determined by the size and weight of the items purchased. First class international is the least expensive shipping method for international orders. First class international generally takes 10-21 days, but does not include tracking or insurance. If you would like to go with priority international, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive and includes tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. Tangerine Queen is required to accurately declare the value of all international addresses on the relevant customs forms. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Information regarding the amounts and types of duties, along with other customs information, can be accessed through your local post office.
