Sizing & Measurements
The size tags on vintage garments rarely align with modern-day sizing. For this reason, exact measurements for each piece are provided along with a recommended modern size. Measurements are taken with the garment laying flat. Bust, stomach, waist, hip and thigh measurements are always doubled to account for circumference.
While knowing your own body measurements is helpful when shopping vintage, it is also recommended to compare measurements to garments already in your wardrobe that fit you well. Be sure to reference the below image for guidance. Always reach out prior to purchasing should you need any assistance with sizing or measurements.
